rates are for double occupancy, include welcoming refreshments on arrival,
an evening turndown service (which includes chocolates and a tot of Carl's
secret recipe Almond Liqueur), daily maid service, and a generous home baked
breakfast each morning served (on Wedgwood china, of course!) next
door in Wedgwood's dining room, on our back porch, or if you prefer, in the
privacy of your own room or balcony.
The
Umpleby House
Guest Pantry is always stocked with coffee, tea, cold drinks, hard candies,
fruit and freshly baked cookies too! On
Saturdays and Holiday Sundays, we host a complementary Afternoon Tea.
In
addition, Pool and
Tennis Club, as well as Health Club privileges are also available for a
small fee.
All
accommodations are Smoke Free (no smoking, candles or incense) and rated
"Excellent" by both Fodor's Guide and Mobil Travel Guide

Two
night minimum on weekends with a Saturday night stay.

night minimum on most Holiday weekends.

Standard
check-in times is between 3:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. (EST)
Special arrangements can be made in advance for late arrivals.

Check-out
time is not later than 11:00 a.m. Use of parking and common
area facilities is welcomed after checking out.

Reservations
are guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit of 50%
-
Cancellations
and any change in a reservation on less than 10 days advance
notice result in loss of the deposit, unless all cancelled room
nights are re-rented.

All
cancellations are subject to a $15 charge for processing refunds .

Some
availability for a well-behaved, well-traveled pet.

Office Hours
The Inn Office is open 7 days a week,
all year 'round. Please call in advance and make an
appointment if you wish to preview our Inn.
All arriving guests to
Umpleby House should check-in at the Wedgwood House (111 West Bridge
Street, Rt. 179, New Hope) between 3:00 and 9:30 p.m. (7:30 p.m.
on Saturdays) EST or by prearranged time. Leave your bags in the
car and Ring Doorbell for Service. Call 215-862-2570 during
office hours for special instructions if you will be arriving after we
close. |
