Open t/o the week. The Lavender at Carousel Farm, also located in rural New Hope, features 100 + acres and historic buildings surrounded by lavender fields. Harvested in May and June, the smell is spectacular! They make a lot of their own products from their organically grown Lavendar and have a small gift shop within a c. 1760 stone outbuilding.
